EU Customers!

We are working with a new shipping service which means all VAT charges and handling fees will be prepaid by us so there will be zero extra fees charged upon receipt of your order (whatever the value). We ship once a week to the EU, please order by Monday in time for shipping out on Thursdays. Delivery aim is 2-5 days from Thursday shipments. 

EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Rest of World Customers

For international customers your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges payable by the recipient.

Delivery 

We make our Post Office trips twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday). We aim to print and pack your orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Thank you for your patience! 

For UK Delivery: 

Standard UK shipping is with Royal Mail 2nd class with 2-3 working days delivery to all UK addresses. For peace of mind you can choose between delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery aim is 2-3 working days from dispatch) or DPD (tracked with delivery aim of 1-2 working days). 

For Delivery to EU: 

DHL Tracked delivery with no extra fees to pay on arrival. Delivery aim is 2-5 working days from our weekly Thursday dispatch date. 

For International Rest of World Deliveries: 

Royal Mail International Tracked with delivery aim of 5-7 working days.

Free Delivery:

Spend over £50 for free UK delivery or over £250 for free international delivery.

 

Returns Policy

Please email us at hello@yukfun.co.uk if you are at all unhappy with your item.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned unworn in the same saleable condition. For Christmas gifts we are extending this til the end of the January 2023. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and we recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package gets to us. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will process returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
